Appendicitis is a disease that occurs due to blockage of the duct lining the lumen of the remnants of the food we eat and over time there will be hoarding or accumulation of feces / faces very hard in the appendix section called the cecum or caecus.
Blockage is then made of bacteria or viruses trapped in the appendix that can lead to infection of appendicitis.
Symptoms of Appendicitis Disease
So what are the symptoms that are often experienced by patients with appendicitis?
1. Terrific pain in lower right abdominal area or around the groin
2. When coughing or sneezing, lower right abdomen also feels pain
3. Sometimes accompanied by fever after other symptoms appear.
4. Less appetite
5. Pertu If the area is pressed, the lower right abdomen will feel more pain.
6. Nausea and vomiting
7. Abdominal swelling
For those of you who have been affected by appendicitis or just experiencing appendicitis symptoms, you should avoid consuming chili or nuts along with the seeds, because the seeds often guava and chili are not digested properly by the stomach, so that the entry into the channels of the appendix as a foreign body.
So to prevent inflammation of the appendix as often as possible is recommended you eat fibrous foods such as vegetables and fruit (can help the digestive process and prevents stool too long in the intestine).
